Session Explorer Now Displays Full URLs

Session Explorer has been enhanced to show full URLs, including query parameters and domains, whereas previously it only displayed the path portion.

• A toggle switch allows you to switch between path-only and full URL displays
• URLs are now clickable and open in a new tab for easy page verification

These enhancements make it easier to:

• Understand URL patterns including query parameters
• Verify actual pages and correlate with session data

Minor Changes

• Added validation to regular expression input fields in Search Analytics and User Analytics.
• Updated User Analytics initial setup UI to prompt for GA4 property ID instead of BigQuery dataset name by default.
• Fixed an issue where “Crawling Issues” error messages in Index Worker were not translated to English.
