Amethyst AI is now available anywhere

You can now launch Amethyst AI from any screen using the 🪄 button in the top right. This lets you ask for insights or guidance without leaving the page you are working on.

Amethyst AI uses the current URL as context and infers the open view or project to answer your question. For example, you can ask about the open view or job and receive responses tailored to that context.

Sample prompts are now available on the chat start screen

We have added four sample prompts to the Amethyst AI start screen so you can begin a conversation quickly even if you are unsure how to phrase a request.

For example, you can insert “Show me the top 10 queries by clicks in last month’s GSC data.” We plan to expand the variations and explore automatic prompt generation in future updates.

• We clarified the flow for canceling a subscription by separating the Stripe customer portal action from the workspace stop action.
• We added an “pending changes” alert and a service account copy shortcut in the User Analytics setup screen.
• We moved daily export settings into the “…” menu on the Search Analytics detail screen.
• We improved Amethyst AI instructions to avoid requesting view IDs from users whenever possible.

Bug Fixes

• We fixed an issue where “group by title” did not work in the User Analytics AI tool.
