Project settings and AI chat have been improved

This update focuses on bug fixes and usability improvements around project settings and AI chat. We improved BigQuery setting guidance, AI chat error messages, and cache generation behavior for User Analytics and Search Analytics.

• Creating User Analytics and Search Analytics projects from Amethyst AI now makes it easier to review available BigQuery setting candidates.
• User Analytics CSV exports now use a conversion session count column name that matches the UI label.
• Updated BigQuery setup and Index Worker quickstart links from Notion to docs.amethy.st.
• AI chat now shows clearer messages for context-limit and temporary overload errors.
• When adding an item to a dashboard, you can now choose whether to add it to the top or the bottom.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Amethyst AI could ask users for an internal BigQuery setting ID directly and fail during project creation.
• Fixed an issue where Search Analytics and User Analytics graph data could become unstable when only partial cached data was available.
• Prevented User Analytics BigQuery connections from falling back to the US location implicitly.
