Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where viewing the current subscription plan and contract status required billing permission, so editors and above can now check them in workspace settings. Stripe Customer Portal access remains limited to owners.
• Fixed an issue where normal-width dashboard cards jumped from 2 columns to 4 columns, so there was no screen width for a 3-column layout.
